Our teams care for the whole person, not just the health-limiting conditions our residents may have. With this approach in our Skilled Nursing Center, Good Samaritan Village of Mountain Home leads the way for our nation’s best community care centers.

All 70 beds in the Skilled Nursing Center are certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Licensed therapists of Good Samaritan Rehab and Wellness Center are on-site and conveniently provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy to our residents. Our life enhancement coordinators encourage residents who are interested and able to join in for movies, musical events, playing bingo, cards, picnics in our pavilion, as well as many other activities. Our chaplain provides leadership for devotionals as well as conversational comfort and guidance as requested.

The Skilled Nursing Center is available to private pay, Medicare or Medicaid eligible patients. Local physicians visit the facility on a regular basis. Van transportation is available for medical and other appointments locally (as an optional service).
